I love to snack on fresh popcorn but sometimes I hate to drag out the loud air popper, especially if my son is sleeping right down the hall. So I finally tried the microwaveable brown paper bag technique I’ve heard about for years, and it works like a dream.
Just add about 1/3 cup of uncooked popcorn to a lunch-size brown paper bag, fold over the top a couple of times and microwave it between two and three minutes, depending on your microwave. Let it cool for a bit, pour it into a bowl and top with salt and/or butter. It’s yummy, quick and easy.
