    Octopied with My First 2019 Freshly Made Sketches Challenge

    I’m late-night posting this evening because my heart is still pounding from the heart breaking AFC championship game. Our Chiefs gave it a great go, and after a short grieving period I’m sure I will be looking forward to next year! Although my head is elsewhere, l guess I should get to the business at hand, and that would be this week’s Freshly Made Sketches challenge.     Snow Day Sketch Challenge

    At the last-minute (and probably because my craft room is considerably cleaner than it was this morning) I decided to play along with this week’s Freshly Made Sketches challenge, but I also promised to take my son to the movies on this cold snow day, so I’m going to keep this brief. I used Echo Park’s Tis the Season collection kit to create this simple but cute card and added the wooden star and some twine to finish off the look.     New Card Challenge Creation, Times Three

    I recently stumbled upon a new blog based out of Australia called Scrap the Boys, and this month I decided to play along with their latest card challenge.
