    Octopied with My First 2019 Freshly Made Sketches Challenge

    I’m late-night posting this evening because my heart is still pounding from the heart breaking AFC championship game. Our Chiefs gave it a great go, and after a short grieving period I’m sure I will be looking forward to next year! Although my head is elsewhere, l guess I should get to the business at hand, and that would be this week’s Freshly Made Sketches challenge. I decided to whip up a card today and discovered I was feeling a little fishy.     Another Sketch Challenge Christmas Card

    After last week’s Freshly Made Sketches challenge, I decided to create an entire collection of Christmas cards using the rest of my “Tis the Season” kit by Echo Park. So when the new sketch came out this week at Freshly Made Sketches, of course I had to play along. All the papers used on this creation are from the EP “Tis the Season” collection, including the premade graphic card. I interpreted one of the boxes from the sketch into a banner shape and slightly popped up the front card.     New Card Challenge Creation, Times Three

    I recently stumbled upon a new blog based out of Australia called Scrap the Boys, and this month I decided to play along with their latest card challenge. There is a prize up for grabs, but since I am an international player I am hoping for a guest design spot instead.
