    Sunflower and Sequins Shaker Card

    So I couldn't stop with just two cards for this week's Freshly Made Sketches challenge, because the sketch was such a great jumping off spot for all kinds of fun ideas. For this interpretation, I flipped the card on its side and turned it into a sunflower shaker.

    Heart-Shaped Cut Out Card — A Plan Comes Together

    I’m back this week with another card creation, and this time I combined an original cut file with a Freshly Made Sketches challenge. I love it when a plan comes together. As soon as I saw this week’s challenge sketch, I knew I wanted to create a heart-shaped cut out card and that’s when I got the idea to create a whole card base in Illustrator, convert it to a svg cut file and let my Cricut machine do the rest.     New Card Challenge Creation, Times Three

    I recently stumbled upon a new blog based out of Australia called Scrap the Boys, and this month I decided to play along with their latest card challenge.
